Spiritual Life
HAH is committed to the well-being of everyone who walks through our gates. We care for the whole person and we want to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those we serve. Our chaplaincy team as well as other members of our staff are available for prayer and support during your visit to our hospital.
For You have been a strength to the poor.
A strength to the needy in his distress.
A refuge from the storm,
A shade from the heat..."
Isaiah 25:4
Our Belief
Medical missions and health care ministry have always been an essential part of the Seventh-day Adventist church–reflecting our belief that true religion is more than just doctrine. Jesus said, "I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly." As Christians we believe that abundant life comes through Christ who is the "Source of Life" and "the Great Healer." His healing ministry embraced the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of people. The aspiration for our medical institutions has always been, May His hands be our hands, that through our humble work the Master Physician will be able to touch and heal suffering humanity.
Chapel Services
We start our work day with a worship service in our chapel. Our hope is that our worship continues throughout the day as we serve you.
